MX Ride and Inside Line Testimonial

Why did you decide to participate in the MX Ride for Children?

When I first decided to ride in the MX Ride for Children I thought it would be kinda fun to get another day of riding in, but when I read about what the pledges were for I thought  hey, this is a really cool thing that I could do for kids.  

What did you think about the event?

I really liked the event.  We had a fun day at Burnt Ridge, Rex took some pictures and everyone had a really great time. It was different than an ordinary practice day or race day because we were riding for a purpose, to help the kids and that felt good.

Did you enjoy the Inside Line Experience?

The Inside Line Experience that I won for being the top fund raiser was awesome!!  I got to meet several different riders including Ryan Villopoto and on race day I got to tour the team Suzuki's truck and meet Roger Decoster, that was a huge highlight of mine and my Dads day!

Can you tell me what it meant to you as a parent to have your son participate in these events?

As a parent I was very proud of Hayden.  He did his research and was very knowledgeable when he was asking for pledges.  Hayden wasn't trying to get the most pledges to win something, he was doing it because he really cared about helping the kids.  He said that he was,raising money doing something that he loved to do, with the hope that some day the kids he helped could do something that they loved to do.
