What: A fun motocross practice day that raises money for our local Children's Hospital and their ground breaking research to cure hydrocephalus -- the #1 cause of brain surgery in children. See below for details.
Who: Any one who rides motocross and like to give back to our community.
Cost: $50 per rider including $10 gate fee, $20 per non rider.
What is included: Gate fees for practice, t-shirt (for riders), lunch and entrance in a drawing for gate prizes including an Xbox 360. Professional MX photographer Rex Backman will be on hand shooting the day's events providing great photos to remember the event by.

MX for Children is hosting its 4th Annual MX Ride for Children at Pacific Raceways MX Park on August 3, 2008 from 10 am to 4 pm. This event attracts more than 100 riders of all skill levels for a day of practice that raises money for Children's Hospital.

Be a top fundraiser, and win the Highest Flyer award! Download a pledge form
and go out and raise pledges for Children's Hospital. The top fundraiser gets a $500 gift card to a Washington Motorcycle Dealership (sponsor to be announced). Any fundraiser who raises $500 or more will automatically gain entry into next years Inside Line Experience at Seattle Supercross -- an exclusive backstage pass to Supercross. Fundraisers will be broken into two groups for the top prize: 12 and under and 13 and older.
An MX Ride t-shirt will be provided for each rider. Lunch will be provided for all. Camping is available for an additional camping fee charged by Pacific Raceways.

The MX Ride for Children is unrelated to this year's Burnt Ridge benefit for Children's Hospital. Both events benefit the same hospital. MX for Children operates under the Children's Hospital Foundation not for profit status and produces the MX Ride for Children and the Inside Line Experience at Seattle Supercross.
